Bahan-bahan untuk Es Buah:
- 3 sachet NutriSari Blewah
- 700 ml air
- 15 gr Jelly Bubuk
- Buah-buahan sesuai selera (1 kg melon, 300 gr strawberry, 1 kg semangka, 1 pc buah naga)
Bahan-bahan untuk Simple Syrup:
- 250 gr Gula Pasir
- 100 ml air
- 2 lembar daun pandan
Cara membuat:
- Campurkan 15 gr bubuk jelly + 3 sachet NutriSari Blewah + 700 mL air. Aduk dan didihkan, kemudian angkat
- Tuang ke dalam wadah dan simpan ke lemari pendingin
- 300 gr strawberry, 1 kg melon, 1 kg semangka, 1 pc Buah naga potong potong sesuai selera
- Campurkan 250 gr gula pasir, 100 ml air, dan 2 lembar daun pandan. Masak dengan api sedang hingga mengental. Tuang ke dalam wadah
- Keluarkan jelly yang sudah dingin, potong dadu
- Sajikan dengan memasukkan potongan jelly, potongan buah, es batu, air, dan simple syrup sesuai selera
