Bahan-bahan untuk Homemade Bubble:
- 1 sachet NutriSari Markisa
- 80 gr Tepung Tapioka
- 15 gr Jelly Bubuk
Bahan-bahan untuk Mojito:
- 1 sachet NutriSari Markisa
- 3 sdm Homemade Bubble
- ½ sdm Selasih yang sudah direndam
- 200 mL Air Soda
Cara membuat:
- Campurkan tepung tapioca + bubuk jelly + NutriSari Markisa, kemudian aduk rata
- Tambahkan 60 mL air panas, aduk rata dan uleni
- Pulung-pulung sesuai selera hingga membentuk bubble
- Didihkan air, kemudian rebus selama 15 menit
- Angkat bubble , kemudian rendam dalam air matang. Angkat, tiriskan dan sajikan ke dalam gelas
- Rendam selasih dengan 100ml air panas hingga mengembang. Gunakan sesuai selera
- Tuang 1 sachet NutriSari Markisa, aduk rada
- Tambahkan 200 mL air soda dan es batu sesuai selera
- Tambahkan daun mint
